Why We Were Created

In today’s world, learning a digital skill can change a person’s life — it can open doors, create opportunities, and break the cycle of poverty.
But the truth is, not everyone can afford to pay huge fees for courses or certifications. Many talented young people in Nigeria and across Africa have the passion and drive to learn, yet lack the means to do so.

That’s the problem we are solving.

The Story Behind the Vision

I’m Samuel Adesanya, the founder of Learn “D” Skill. My journey into tech wasn’t paved with privilege or comfort — it began with curiosity, passion, and a deep hunger to learn, even when resources were scarce.

There were times when I couldn’t afford to pay for courses, so I taught myself, stayed up late in cyber cafés, and learned from every free resource I could find. I know what it feels like to want to learn but not have the means.

That experience planted the seed for Learn “D” Skill. I wanted to create a platform where someone like me — a young dreamer with limited means but unlimited potential — could have a real chance to succeed.
